How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.

I still haven’t received my shipping confirmation email?

The shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address after your package has been shipped. But sometimes it might be due to your spam.

What if I haven’t received my package?

When the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you didn’t receive it, check everywhere. Occasionally, freight forwarders leave deliveries with neighbors, building manager or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.

Why is the price at the checkout different from the one on the product page?

Our payments are all processed in USD and the exact amount in USD is displayed at the checkout.

The price on the product page is calculated for some references according to your preferred currency.

If you use a different currency to pay, you will be charged the most current exchange rate.
